If at any time during our buyer agency agreement, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will allow you to cancel the agreement with a phone call!  We guarantee you will be delighted with our service, or you are released from any obligation to us.

¨ Explain Real Estate Agency relationships.

¨ Explain the buying process to you and provide you with a copy of our    standard Offer to Purchase and Contract form and other documents. 

¨ Keep you fully informed of the process from the time of contract to the time of closing.

¨ Analyze you property needs and desires by asking questions and Listening to your answers. 

¨ Fully inform you of the complex terms and practices of real estate.

¨ Assist in determining your price range by helping you contact the lender of your choice and getting you PRE-APPROVED. 

¨ Provide additional information on any property in which you express an   interest such as: property taxes, zoning, utility costs, square footage and area schools.

¨ Provide you with information regarding the current market condition and values of other properties in the area (comparative market analysis) to assist you in making an informed decision. 

¨ Assist you in completing the Offer, promptly present your Offer to the seller or seller’s agent, and report back on any Acceptance or Counter-Offer.

¨ Strive to obtain the best possible price and terms for you the buyer. 

¨ Explain the Home Warranty Program to you and the many benefits it can provide to you in the first year of home ownership.

¨ Provide you with a list of post-purchase services you will need such as Home Inspectors, Termite Inspectors and Homeowner’s Insurance and follow-up on these activities.
